ABOUT US We are a group of serious Schutzhund enthusiasts in the Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia area. Our club is comprised of competition winners and participants, as well as novices, and our dogs come from both working and show lines. Our trainer/helper is nationally recognized and has 30 years of experience with the wisdom, skill, and passion that comes from that. We believe in putting the dogs first, and we understand that every dog is different. Our professional evaluation of dogs takes into account each dog's strengths and weaknesses in tracking, obedience, and protection work. We believe the dog’s temperament is paramount, and we do our best to work with and to improve each dog, as well as the skills of each owner/handler. Our group is committed to helping and supporting each other in a very positive manner. We understand this is a team sport, and our club members are very different, but we all have two things in common: our love of dogs and the growing sport of Schutzhund.
